Maison Cascavel is the result of a collaboration between Alexis Valette, a promising young oenologist, and Didier Robert, a renowned oenologist and Director of the ICV (Cooperative Institute for Wines). United by their passion, these wine experts combine their expertise to bring exceptional wines to life, marked by excellence and innovation. This alliance between promising youth and proven experience, evident in every bottle of our Collection, creates a unique blend of craftsmanship.

Maison Cascavel focuses on a concise selection, highlighting gems that embody each appellation while expressing the distinctive signature of our Winery. Our contemporary style, paired with silky and smooth tannins, produces wines that are ready to drink from the moment they are bottled. We select renowned terroirs with a « fresh » character, well-exposed, and adopt a vinification process that respects the fruit. Depending on the appellation, some wines are aged in oak barrels to develop aromatic complexity & ageing potential.

The Caravinsérail wines concentrate a unique know-how of its kind. Based in the heart of a typical Provençal agricultural estate between Monts du Vaucluse and Luberon, the Caravinsérail team marks its difference by the experience of its leaders and a permanent search for authenticity and excellence in tune with our times.
